Terms and Conditions

Bookings

  • All bookings require a 50% deposit before being confirmed. All balanced all payable on the day before leaving the wharf.
  • Any cancellations due to bad weather will be re scheduled if possible otherwise a refund of deposit will be reimbursed via EFT.
  • Any booking cancelled by clients within 7 days will forfeit any deposits paid.
  • All bookings that turn up to the boat on the day that come with less numbers than booked are required to pay the full amount of the amount booked.
  • Any charter that wishes to return to port at any stage of the charter due to their own decision will be still required to pay in full.
  • Any charter that has to be returned to port due to skipper decision on the day due to weather or any other circumstances. 
    Depending on the situation. If a half day or more occurs then full payment is required. 
    If turned around after a couple of hours half payment is required to cover costs.

 

Gift Vouchers

  • All gift vouchers are to be paid in full before being Valid.
  • All gift vouchers have a 6 month validation.
  • All gift vouchers are non refundable and are not transferable.

 

Damages

  • Any or all gear lost or damaged by clients on charter is to be paid for in full before leaving the boat.
